Meet & Greet Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Ticket Requirement

  • This VIP Meet & Greet package does not include a concert ticket. You must purchase a valid ticket for the event separately.

  • If you do not have a valid concert ticket, you will not be permitted to attend the Meet & Greet, and no refunds will be issued

Event Guidelines

  • Attendees will have access to the venue for soundcheck viewing only.

  • No filming or photography is allowed during the soundcheck. Violating this rule may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • Each attendee is permitted to bring a maximum of two (2) items for autographs.

  • Attendees must follow all venue policies, security guidelines, and instructions from event staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Arrival & Communication

  • Attendees will receive an email with detailed arrival instructions prior to the event.

  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to check their email for updates regarding the event.

Changes & Cancellations

  • All Meet & Greet sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.

  • The band reserves the right to alter the schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, artist availability, or venue restrictions.

  • If the event is postponed or rescheduled, Meet & Greet tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided for postponements.

  • If a specific Meet & Greet perk (such as the group photo, laminate) is canceled, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative, but no refunds will be issued.

Conduct & Compliance

  • Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff at all times.

  • Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or adjust the Meet & Greet experience without prior notice if required by unforeseen circumstances.
